New construction is priced per plan set. Bring us the prints and we will return a line-item proposal covering rough, trim, fixtures, and any generator or EV provisions you want roughed in now to save money later.

Do you work directly with builders and general contractors?
Yes. Most of our new construction work is booked through builders and GCs across the Franklin, Tilton, and Laconia area, and we schedule around the framing and drywall calendar.
Should I rough in for a generator or EV charger now?
Almost always yes. Running conduit and a transfer switch location during rough-in costs a fraction of retrofitting later, even if you install the equipment years down the road.
